Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with TheKaamchor. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery for damaged items, wrong items received, or defective functionality.

  • Once your return is approved, you must ship the item back within 3 business days of our approval.

2. What We Accept

  • Damaged product on arrival (e.g. broken parts, defects).

  • Wrong item received.

  • Non-functional / defective product (does not work as described).

3. What We Do Not Accept

  • Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by customer misuse.

  • Minor packaging imperfections (e.g. slight scuffs or dents to packaging, but not to the product itself).

  • Custom / personalized items (if applicable).

4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong / damaged / defective), we will cover return shipping costs. Please follow our instructions and use a trackable courier.

  • If the return is for other reasons (e.g. changed mind, ordered wrong size / style), customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Condition of Return

  • Items should be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

6. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refunds are made to the original method of payment. If COD was used, refund will be issued via [bank transfer / wallet / store credit] as agreed.

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect the condition, we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days.

7. Partial Refunds / Deductions

  • If the product is not returned in its original condition (e.g. missing parts, damage not covered), a partial refund may be given or a restocking fee may apply.

8. Liability During Return Shipping

  • Please use a courier service with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost during transit back to us unless we provided or arranged the return shipping.

9. Policy Changes

  • This policy was last updated on 21st Sep, 2025. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will apply to new orders placed after the changes are posted.

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
